Super 8 By Wyndham Cincinnati-Springdale Oh

Appreciated the room, it was a nice size and brand-new with soap and shampoo. The location was marvellous for Springdale, so close to the mall, and shopping places. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bargos Grill and Tap.

The room had clean linens, but there were issues with hot water access.

The price was great.. No real problems. No smells-quiet.

The only thing I could see was the bath tub----If you take a bath you can see black mold under the faucet and in the cracks when you are sitting in the tub,,,This needs bleached out and they need to relize that area needs cleaned also.I Have seen this in other hotels. I went to get coffee- at the breakfast area by the office-- The cupboards NEED cleaned..On the front of them were green and or black dirt or mold. As you know food does get dripped down. It looks like it has been months since it was at least wiped. I opened a draw to get a lid... It was very dirty also.. This is not good and could cause illness..

the price was affordable and the rooms were entered from outdoors parking right outside door so it was easy to unload and load!

It was nice and clean. Car parking. Acceptable in general.

Noisy: I hear people outside all the time. The fridg was noisy too, so I pluged it out.

We booked this room for our 29 year old daughter and our two year old grandson. We were with them when they checked in and the bed was not properly made, there was food in the refrigerator and water in the bathtub. Management move them to another room with a hole in the ceiling and water dripping down. We asked for a refund and were offered one without a hassle.

Our stay at Super 8 Cincinnati oh was pretty good. The first thing I did was check for bedbugs and found none, nor any other type of bug. There are lots of stains on the bathtub, the toilet needed cleaned. (I don't generally carry a toilet brush) I did use a washcloth to wash down a fair amount of dusty surfaces. The carpet felt and looked ok. Bed was clean. I thought the ad stated that there was cable tv. However, we only had maybe 6 or 7 channels and had to search for those. One of those was hbo. The fridge and microwave were clean. Take a coffee pot. Theirs gives you 2 cups(packets) of coffee, each made separately. The motel was not noisy. They did bring fresh towels daily. They do have a pool. I would stay there again.

Comfortable beds and clean amenities

I had a pretty pleasant stay, with comfortable beds and clean facilities. The room was well-maintained, and I appreciated the fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast options were very limited, offering only coffee and juice, which could definitely be improved.

This was a very good hotel for the price. Nothing fancy, but completely adequate. The drive thru check in and check out was speedy and the workers that we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Good location to many attractions in the Cincinnati area with lots of restaurants and stores and a movie theater nearby.

Employees were awesome and the room although a little older was huge and very nice.

Could have been a little cleaner but not by much.

The warm-colored décor and spacious lobby made moving around easy, while the friendly staff ensured all my needs were met.

Additional seating in the rooms would be beneficial.

We got directions from the internet that had us turn right but actually we needed to go left at the light. The hotel is back in an out of the way location and right beside a bar so I would not recommend it for couples with younger kids. The first room we went to had a leak in the roof and water was dripping on the floor but when we told the staff they immediately put us in another room. The parking lot isn't spaced enough for you to back out like most hotels.
